hey everyonehow's the mission going for you guys? i know its going good for me. i don't know if i told you guys about this lady were teaching named gladys but if i did oh well im gonna tell you again. so we had like 20 mins before correlation on thursday night so we decided to go and find a place to tract. well we are biking around and we go to this random street, a prayer then start tracting it. so were not talking to too many people and the people that we did talk to weren't interested at all. so it was about time to go so we tell ourselves alright we'll do like 2 more houses then take off. well we knock on this house and gladys opens the door. she seems really excited to see us and she comes out and starts talking with us. we talk with her for like 20 mins and find out that 10 years ago she had gone to church for like 3 months while she was in the navy in panama. she would go with a mormon family that she knew. anyway i don't have a lot of time so long story short we have been teaching her and we set her for baptism. she is scheduled for the 15 of november so its pretty sweet. hey trevor i mean elder irvine i don't know if you know chris hammer's brother but he is in my mission and he lives with me. oh and another thing funny about him is that he has a pair of your shorts that say irvine on them haha. yeah he is way cool though.for all you byu fans that don't get to hear about sports in the US, byu lost there first game like two weeks ago so now there 7-1 and utah is still undefeated and ranked 10. byu better beat them. tom brady is out for the year. he injured his knee like the first game of the year. and the phillies are leading 3-1 in the world series over tampa bay. okay i have one min i gotta go. hope everything is going well with you guys ill try to send some pics another time.
